Your Event Should Earn on the Bar

We partner with festivals, public events and activations to design and run the whole bar operation: the layout, the menu, the crew, the permits and the sponsors. You keep the revenue line. You stop owning the work.

A Partnership, Not a Line Item

Festival and major-event work is structured as a partnership rather than a flat rate. We agree a revenue split so the event earns on every drink poured, without taking on the planning, the staffing or the paperwork. Terms are set per partnership.

You earn on every drink

The bar becomes a revenue line for the event rather than a cost center or a favor to a vendor.

You stop owning the work

Planning, staffing, inventory, permits and service all sit with us. Your team gets the night back.

Terms are set per event

Every event has different attendance, different infrastructure and different risk. The split reflects yours, agreed before anything is signed.

We Design the Whole Bar Operation

Not just the drinks. The bar is a piece of infrastructure at a festival, and it either moves people through or it becomes the thing everyone complains about.

Bar layout and placement

Where the bars go, how many there are, and how guests move between them. Bar placement decides queue length more than staffing does.

Menu built for volume

A menu that pours fast at scale. Batched where batching helps, with signature and sponsored drinks where they earn their place.

Staffing plan

Bartenders, barbacks and event captains matched to your expected attendance and the shape of your day.

Inventory and POS

What to stock, how much, how it is counted, and how drinks are sold and reconciled at the end of the night.

We Handle the Paperwork

One-day permitting, state requirements and insurance are the part most events dread and most bar vendors leave with the organizer. We do not.

One-day permitting

We prepare and file the permits an event needs to serve, or work alongside your coordinator to get them filed.

State requirements

We handle the paperwork the state requires for alcohol service at the event.

Insurance

We carry general liability insurance and coordinate the certificates your venue or municipality asks for.

Coordination

We lead the process or share it with your event team, whichever fits how you already run the event.

We Bring Sponsors to the Bar

Brands and distributors will put money behind a bar that is well run and well placed. We handle that conversation, covering sponsored cocktails, branded bar elements and VIP activations, and bring it to your event as another revenue line rather than another thing for you to chase.

Past activations

We liaise with brands and distributors to bring sponsorship to the bar. Past activations include Jose Cuervo, Jack Daniel's, Crown Royal, PatrĂ³n, Weldon Mills.

Built to Scale Up

Multi-bar layouts, crews that grow with the gate, inventory that holds up over a three-day run, and a POS setup that reconciles at the end of it.

How a Partnership Starts

No proposal template and no rate card. The first conversation is about your event, and whether the bar can carry what you need it to.

  1. 01

    Talk Through the Event

Dates, expected attendance, what the bar has been in past years and what you want it to be this time.

  2. 02

    Design the Bar Operation

We build the layout, the menu, the service points, the staffing plan and the inventory and POS approach around your event.

  3. 03

    Handle the Paperwork

Permitting, state requirements and insurance. We lead it, or share it with your coordinator, whichever fits how you already run the event.

  4. 04

    Run It Together

We operate every bar on site and agree a revenue split, so the event earns on the bar without owning the planning or the staffing.

Questions We Get

How many bartenders do I need?

It depends on guest count, service window and menu complexity. Our package guest counts reflect a standard service pace. Tell us your numbers in a quote request and we will recommend a crew.

Do you provide alcohol?

For eligible events and service models we can handle procurement. You pay the cost of the alcohol plus a procurement and management fee, which covers planning, purchasing, transport, handling, inventory, allocation, waste and overage. The fee is set out in your proposal. Available in accordance with applicable local requirements.

Do you travel?

Our core service area is Greater Raleigh-Durham. Each mobile bar package includes a service radius, and travel beyond it is quoted with the event. We regularly travel for festivals, outdoor events and larger special-event production.

Can you provide a cash bar?

Yes, for appropriate event types. A cash bar can include Signature Pour-provided inventory, drink pricing, POS, crew and service management. Specific inventory handling and sales terms are established in the service agreement.

Can you handle large events?

Yes. Special event production covers multi-bar layouts, scalable crews, event captains, inventory planning, POS coordination and production logistics for pop-ups, car events, festivals and large public events.

Can you work with our venue?

Yes. We coordinate with venue requirements, load-in restrictions and timing as part of pre-event planning.

Can you develop signature cocktails?

Yes. Cocktail menu development is included in the higher mobile bar packages and is available for special-event production. Menu complexity affects crew size and service pace, so we plan the two together.

Do you provide glassware or bar furniture?

Glassware and specialty rentals are quoted separately. Our packages include disposable serviceware. Custom bar structures and branded bar elements are available through special-event production.

Do you handle POS for ticketed or cash-bar events?

POS coordination is available as part of special-event production, and requirements are defined in the event proposal.
