What is the difference between bartenders only and full mobile bar service?
Bartenders only is labor. Your venue or event provides the bar, alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware, tools and service supplies, and we provide the people to run it. Mobile bar service is the whole operation: the bar, the tools, the menu, the planning, setup and breakdown, along with the team.
How many bartenders do I need?
It depends on guest count, service window and menu complexity. Our package guest counts reflect a standard service pace. Tell us your numbers in a quote request and we will recommend a crew.
Do you provide alcohol?
For eligible events and service models we can handle procurement. You pay the cost of the alcohol plus a procurement and management fee, which covers planning, purchasing, transport, handling, inventory, allocation, waste and overage. The fee is set out in your proposal. Available in accordance with applicable local requirements.
Can we provide our own alcohol?
Yes. With a client-supplied open bar you purchase the alcohol using quantity guidance we provide, and no procurement fee applies. We manage service and execution.
Do you provide cups and ice?
It depends on the package. Full-Service Bar and Signature Bar Experience include standard mixers, ice, disposable cups, napkins and garnishes. Mobile Bar Essentials does not, and we provide a shopping and quantity guide instead.
Do you travel?
Our core service area is Greater Raleigh-Durham. Each mobile bar package includes a service radius, and travel beyond it is quoted with the event. We regularly travel for festivals, outdoor events and larger special-event production.
Can you work with our venue?
Yes. We coordinate with venue requirements, load-in restrictions and timing as part of pre-event planning.
Can you develop signature cocktails?
Yes. Cocktail menu development is included in the higher mobile bar packages and is available for special-event production. Menu complexity affects crew size and service pace, so we plan the two together.
How long is service, and can we add time?
A standard mobile bar deployment is 4 hours on site: about 30 minutes of setup, 3 hours of guest service, and about 30 minutes of breakdown. Extra time is $125/hr per hour plus the staffing that hour needs, because the crew works it too.
Do you provide glassware or bar furniture?
Glassware and specialty rentals are quoted separately. Our packages include disposable serviceware. Custom bar structures and branded bar elements are available through special-event production.
